Breakfast;
Oats with fruit + honey / peanut butter on toast.
Protien shake with whole milk, fibre supplement
Lunch;
Pasta with passata sauce, grilled chicken breast and broccoli. Water or whole milk.
Dinner;
Whatever the fuck suits you, i don't have dinner till late so its normally a small meal (I have another meal through the day to make up for it)
