I've been dating this girl for quite some time now. Personality wise, she's amazing. Our interests are the same. She gets me, and I get her.

But here are my concerns.

We were supposed to start working out together. I may not be FIT, but I'm pretty slim and strong. She's gone working out once or twice without me so far.

Every time I read these threads I hate myself even more. I've dropped from 280 to 240 really quickly, but I've been stuck at 240 for quite some time. My goal is 160 and I've even begun not eating 2 days a week, but I always hover around 239-242. Each time I read a fph thread I want to eat less.

However I can tell you all sorts of detailed information about past conversations and events from 10 or even 20 years ago.

If I'm paying attention I can fake having a good sense of direction by remembering landmarks and pathing (i.e. I just took two rights then a left, then a right, etc).

It's pretty weird. I start up google maps and it tells me to "head north on xxx street" and I'm like FUCK YOU GOOGLE I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE NORTH IS AND THE SUN HAS SET.

Best advice I've seen so far.
I did a similar thing when I was sick of eating the garbage that my parents brought home. I got a ton of those meal prep treys off amazon, stocked up on lots of good food and spent like 2 hours cooking 15 meals. Stuck them all in the fridge and said they are all fair game for anyone to eat.

Been doing this every week for a little over a month now and the amount of garbage food that has come into our house is a lot less.
