I do this all the time. Some with pizzas with as many as 2700 calories. Plus a couple glasses of whole milk.
My bf% is 5.
Just do cardio and only binge on a full pizza when your glycogen is depleted. Pizzas are great. They are only "unhealthy" for sedentary slobs. So good work!

As you gain endurance (i.e. become fit) your glycogen stores grow (at least on a normal diet). Combine that endurance with a decent amount of muscle o your frame and periodic cardio, and it is amazing what you can eat without putting on fat.
