Which exercises, if any, do you lockout in? Also, do you go ass to grass with squats. Not training for strength, but for hypertrophy.

When TRAINING for strength, going ATG can benefit your performance coming out of the bottom of the lift. However when maxing out or performing lower reps, going parallel or slightly lower is your best choice.
For deadlifting, locking out is crucial, otherwise it doesn't count.
I don't fully lock out in pull-ups or chin-ups.
I go ATG. It just feels so much better.
