Just realised that my blood preasure is kind of high and my rest pulse is always above 70. So I guess it's time for some cardio, unless I want to get an heart infarct at 50yo.
How do you do cardio, /fit/? I was thinking about running 2x a week inbetween my UL routine.

Better get some of my gains killed than getting myself killed by some kind of stroke.
Pick up cycling if possible, it's pretty great especially if you cycle to the gym then it works as a good warm-up. I'd say about 15km a day is good for bringing down your BF% while also improving your legs

I'm 29 and do 30 min of cardio 5 days a week with a rate of 140-160.
If you're younger, you might be able to hold a higher heart rate during your routine.

10 minutes elliptical at around 160-170 HR, as many 1 minute sprints I can do in 10 minutes on a treadmill at 180-190 HR then onto weights. Everyday because Im starting to be less of a fat cunt
