how long before I notice gains?
been going to the gym for a month doing PPL, I go everyday but sunday (ABCABCx)
my strength is going up, but looking the mirror I notice 0 changes, what gives.

Dog I think you're doing Starting Strenght , and as the name implies , you're doing workouts for strenght , if you want aesthetics, just do some brosplits or something ,watch youtube videos.

You're probably just used to seeing yourself everyday so changes aren't as noticeable.
Take a picture about once a month and you'll be able to notice the gains more.

Keep with the same workout until you plateau out. Switch to a aesthetic workout and start cutting, dieting, and cardio to reduce your %BF. Gains should be more noticeable.
