if its actually gyno, only option is to have it chopped out as always.

If it's the same since 11 to now, it would be permanent. Only option of removing it would be surgery. Some drugs can stop the gland from growing during the early stages, but not after a number of years.

Dietary changes won't positively affect your gyno, but if you're eating a lot of soy or something, you should probably cut it out.

If you've had gyno for 7 years, its most likely going to stay. I wouldn't get my hopes up at this point, but you should still check out a doctor.
