So, Im going into the Airforce soon. Im losing weight rather well and am burning a shit load from atkins and cardio. Still keepin muscle too. So main question is i cant drop below 204 lbs, I can still just lose a certain percentage of body fat right? Im about 26% body fat last I checked but still intend to burn off as much as possible.
Btw Im 6'1" and was around 260 last I checked

You are still way too fat. You need to drop more weight because the daily humps and PT runs will wreck your knees, let alone the real high impact activities.

Fair enough. Im shooting for less then 10%. Which is proving interesting. I dont so weight lifting but I work at a warehouse of sorts so it builds my legs like a motherfucker. But what rough goal should i shoot for weight wise. 50 to 60 lbs?

Doesn't really matter how much you weigh, but you better be able to run. Basic training will wreck you if you aren't in good cardio shape. I would recommend 30-45 minute runs 3 days a week til you leave. And keep on protein so you don't lose too much muscle in basic.
