Hello /fit/
I'm looking for any advice I can get for increasing max set of pull ups
Currently I'm at 12 dead hang pull ups and my goal is to being able to do at least 25 so I can max out the Marine Corps PFT pull up section

weighted pullups or
grease the groove or
sets to failure every day

Thanks I'll try that, and what weight do you recommend I start out at?

Google Recon Ron pullup program
I can increase 1 pullup every two days. I'm at 26 at the end of push day. I prob could do 30 fresh. all it takes is doing it frequently.

I stalled at 8 and have not been able to get passed that. I put about 20lbs in a back pack and can do about 5 of those. No progression in two weeks.
I sometimes don't even feel it in my lats, but earlier tonight I tried moving the grip around. I did some weighted pullups with the pegs that stick out. Apparently this activates the arms a bit more, but I did feel it in my lats when I was finished, so I am going to alternate with close grip, palm-facing style and then just wide grip palms away style.
