Why would it not be natty?
She basically only gained a large amount of leg muscle. Oh, and breast implants.
The gaining of leg muscle should be relatively easy, compared to that of trying to increase the size of your upper body.
However, it does look like her genetics send her fat to her lower body (legs/ass). So YMMV when it comes to attaining a similar body.
