Yes I do arm day, and if you want decent looking arms and not boring straight bars that are slightly larger than some DYEL you will put some serious thought into your arm hypertrophy.

You need to train your biceps with different grips, with Dumbbells and cables, you need to train your triceps for pushing and pulling, you need to understand the way the different muscles in your arms need to be worked in order to grow properly. You should be doing at least 6 biceps and 6 triceps exercises per week, if you want arms growth.
