My friend Steve has been training for around 4-6 months and he is always giving me shit for my bad bench (30kg untrained)

Is 46kg 5 x 5 even that good? Would I be able to get to this level in 4-6 months from 30kg?

Why would someone measure like this? OP, 66kg at 5x5 is perfectly fine if he's been training using Stronglifts or whatever for just about 4 months. If it's been 6 months, tell your friend to consider suicide, because they are a weak faggot.

Also go to the gym and start lifting. If you follow Stronglifts to the letter and don't fail any sets along the way, you'll go from the empty bar to 60kg in 12 weeks. You'll probably fuck up a few times, but it will be easy to catch up in 4 months time, let alone 6.

Actually, I'm a stupid nigger. After 12 weeks you should be at 65kg without failing any sets (18 days of bench press * 2.5kg = 45kg + empty bar = 65kg). So yeah, your friend is a loser who should go play in traffic.
