I don't have the energy to do more than a few sets of squats, but I lift at home so I have no access to other machines like a leg press to increase overall volume.
How can I get around this predicament?
Sleep more + eat more + stop complaining
I've tried doing front squats or deadlifts after my back squats, but it feels impossible, my form is atrocious and I just get burnt out for a few days after.
I never had this issue when I was lifting at the gym and just used the leg press and leg extension/leg curls. A few sets of hard squats seems to destroy my life-force
Squat heavier? That's not really a problem.
There's always RDL,s paused squats, 1 1/2 squats.

Front squats and lunges would work. You could also do isolating exercises like Bulgarian split squats.

I'm already fat, so eating more is not a good option.
Sleeping more is impossible, I already sleep for 8-10 hours a night, more so 9+.

Then the only remaining option is to stop complaining like a pussy and start squatting like a man.

You don't really need to increase daily volume. By increasing frequency by squatting more often during the week you increase volume that way.

Quit being a bitch. You will never accomplish anything looking for shortcuts.

Do cardio and increase your work capacity to lift heavy. Lose some weight too fatty.
