Any anons do it? Is it worthwhile? I don't know shit about it but I was just reading about for a class and it's the first time I've ever given it any real thought.
GOOD question.

Maintaining mobility for weightlifting is very important and yoga works just fine. For me I work best when im told to do something for things i hate to do like cardio or stretching. Just make sure you don't sign up for strength yoga, its the same thing but you end up holding the poses for way longer.
Avoid any place that lets you do more than a few basic poses until you've gotten them right. Or any of the meme yogas. You don't need to be in a damn sauna, if you're doing it properly you'll be sweating enough. It's not just a stretch, but an isometric hold.
Any good beginner resources?
my workout place offers yoga classes ($60 for 12 classes i think) and I was tempted to sign up just to stare at milf asses in short shorts but I decided not to
Maybe next time

Look up Do Yoga With Me. Free video tutorials and all different stuff offered so you can figure out what suits you. I find their "Yoga For Athletes" classes to be pretty great.
