Literally the only RTD I've had that's any fucking good was the Monster vanilla shake. Shit tastes like ice cream. Which means it was probably ass for nutrition.

Like all the collagen that's in bars. It's technically beef protein. But there's more value in one strip of stir fry beef than that entire bar.
