What do you mean by "bulking"? A skinny guy eating a 500 kcal surplus and slowly gaining muscle mass and getting larger over time? Or do you mean eating a bunch of garbage and getting fat as fuck so that you can "cut" later? There is no reason to do a bunch of bulk/cut cycles. Get up to your rough natty potential in terms of weight, then cut down to a decent bf%. I understand that your bf% will fluctuate over time due to illness or getting lazy with your diet, and you may need to gain/lose weight again. But you should not be doing a bunch of bulk/cut cycles.

For years I was natty and thought it was stupid and insane. I've been using sarms, prohormones, growth hormone, and steroids since like October. There is something to bulking, but you have got to use bodybuilding drugs to make it work. You grow sooooo much during a cycle that you have to bulk.
