Not a thread about what is best but sharing what you guys eat on a daily basis and offering advice on meal plans.
Current TDEE is 2300 and I'm trying to cut with about a 400 deficit.
Trying to eat meat/chicken only once a day and adding protein with fish and legumes (lentils, beans, buckwheat).
Anyone similar?

Its East Euro cheese but not in crono, processe cheese has the same cals / protein / fat so thats what i go with
Polish place near my house sells 100g of em for a buck or so,.. been eating them since childhood.
