I have been doing my front squats and got some pain on my vastus lateralis muscle,
(lateral thigh) expecialy when i do my deep squat
Doing Reg Park 5x5 for about 3 weeks.

I do the "Agile 8" routine of foam rolling and dynamic stretching before every squat sesh. Hips are much more open and flexible and I can activate my hams way more, very good routine. try Limber 11 if that isnt enough.
