How bad is milk?
Should I stop drinking milk if I want to cut? Right now I'm drinking a cup (250ml) of 1% milk every morning.
Just count your total calories for the day. You can have 5 cups of whole milk every day and still lose weight, as long as you make it up somewhere else and keep your caloric intake below your TDEE.

Milk doesn't matter kcal, micronutrients, and protein matters. If you're still getting proper nutrition then a glass of milk is totally fine. If that milk is putting you out of a deficit, then either stop drinking the milk or restrict your calories elsewhere in your diet

Skim milk is about 350 calories and 35g protein per liter.
Granted it tastes like shit and is just crappy water. Pure fat milk is to be avoided on a cut, too much cals.
I'd rather just have a 500ml cup of bio yogurt (340cals 30g protein with good fats/carbs).
