Leaning out wont work for you, you already seem lean enough with those defined cheekbones and jaw. You have a good jaw, a bit of stubble attentuates the curves and makes it look even better while making you look older and more mature. You have slightly negative canthal tilt and a bit of stubble helps you look less "beta" by a significant margin, not saying you look beta, you don't overall. Also, you have a taller face than average, another thing which stubble or beards fix very well.

Just grow it out for a long time. It will look like shit for a while. Trim any split ends and condition it and use beard oil to keep it looking nice. As it grows longer, you can use forming cream to help shape it. Once it grows pretty long it'll be easier to manage then shape it.

Nah, not at all. I've had it for like 5 years now but am in a "bulking" phase for it, basically I want to put on a few more inches while managing it better.

When I first grew it out it tiched but now it itches if I shave too close when I'm doing the neckline. I only use naked clippers now, I used to shave it down but that just got me ingrown hairs. The beard is a super wiry Celtic beard.

Use a retinoid or enzymatic exfoliate like minimum once a week.

Take care of your pimples, pop the ones that have clear pimple sacs and are easy to pop, then wash your face with alcohol based facial cleanser. Wash your face frequently, change your pillow sheets or just sleep on different towels daily. Vitamin E on face helps a lot too.

I have very very minor pimple scars from when I didnt take care of it, I usually have 3-4 smaller ones on my face now, a LOT on my back and they have been near cystic acne tier for years, though I dont take care of those really.

But I have two chicken pox scars, one of them like 1 by 1cm, the other much smaller. Fortunately its relatively shallow and overall doesnt detract much luckily, I'm boyish I guess and anything to make me look older helps. OP btw.

Make sure you're not doing some SS tier strength routine, from what I see on your pics you need size so run a time under tension hypertrophy route if you've already got an okay strength base. You actually dont look that bad shaved though, at least with the glasses you dont, just young if you're over 22.

From what i see now, either shave and run stubble or use minoxidil and supps to fill your patchy full beard. For your hair, I'm the worst advice giver as my hair has been called shit a million times ITT, but not too short, a bit longer on the top, and you cant go wrong with a minimal amount of product to spike it and give it texture.

But for sure, definitely cleanbulk and run hypertrophy you wont regret it. This is coming from a strengthfaggot.

My numbers at their peak were squat 90 bench 60 deadlift 140 ohp 40+ row 65kg for 5x5 about 6 months ago
Since then I'm doing 3x a week 3x8 lunges, floor press, SDL, pull up negatives, ohp, rows, crunches/planks/whatever as due to time constraints I can only work out at home with 2 20kg dumbbells and the pull up bar.

I see that you can't go to the gym, building size that way will be difficult, but you can try. Instead of the dummbells, I'd recommend some kind of progressive bodyweight routine from the bodyweight routine general. Use the dumbbells for any exercise you can do at least 8 reps on with good form. However do not do more than like 12-15, instead add sets until you can do 4-5 sets at max reps with the dumbbell, no reason to increase from this really. You're not gonna get much bigger or stronger by doing neither more reps or sets. Instead focus a lot on form, and keep your muscle under tension so do them more slowly once youre at max for everything else.

Even without the dumbbell, just by bodyweight you can get somewhat bigger, decently stronger. Your by far best exercises for size (and strength too) on that pull-up bar are simple pullups and once you git good then dips after muscle-ups. I see you did pull-up negatives, which are a good way to work up to normal pullups, but once you can do more than 2 switch to just normal pullups. Try to get in a minimum of like 20 pullups/reps/sets doesnt matter a day, then add some number every day. Eventually youll be able to do normal reps and sets. Pull ups are my favorite exercise. They make you look so much bigger from the back, even in clothes. It's the number 1 exercise everyone who wants to look big especially in baggy clothes should do. It also helps enormously with olympic weightlifting and once you get good translates to lot of other exercises, plus youll be able to do very good stuff like muscle ups. Pull ups can be also your BEST forearm training tool with your shitty setup, even better than 20kg hammer curls which are prob your best bet with those dumbbells. If you want the best biceps exercise, better than normal curls and shitty preachers, you do chin ups. (though I personally prefer pullups, chins are easier for most people as the biceps are a bigger muscle than the brachioradialis in your forearms)

Now the diet is up to you.
1. Cut from ~18% bodyfat to 10%, I'd do a 400-500 cal deficit to speed up the process. Then clean bulk.
2. Bulk like fuck, aim for nearly 2x as much protein as your bodyweight in kg, etc.

Honestly, I'd choose the 2nd one looking at your bod, but only if I had access to a proper gym. Without that, I'd choose the 1st option and cut FAST, losing fat will actually progress you on bodyweight exercises too unlike weighted stuff. I'd get to that 10% bodyfat sweet spot and then just clean bulk and work hard on bodyweight progressions. if u want big muscles ur gonna need a gym tho

Yes, until you can do at least 3x8, just do a max amount, as many sets as required for pull-ups. Id reccommend getting to the point where you're doing 40 to 50 pullups daily before moving onto rep and set schemes. I guess start with 20 or 24, add 4-5 each day? You can perhaps add more if youre cutting fast. Pullups become a LOT easier at lighter weights. A lot faster than if you were trying to gain muscle and weight to do more.

I reccommend HIIT instead of just normal cardio, its more fun, better for strength training, still works very well for endurance and cardio, a lot less damaging on your joints compared to just simple running, plus takes less time.

Unfortunately not sure about that routine, havent seen it myself, but it its from /bwg/ then should be legit. I havent ran dedicated bodyweight since 2013 myself back when El Diablo's 666 routine was king. Just make sure pullups and variations are the center of the program.

Bodyweight is good, but look to transition to a gym if you want size, strength, efficiency, and a balanced physique. Unfortunately bodyweight alone is not enough to train some muscle groups. Hamstrings, glutes, your entire posterior chain, some rotator cuff muscles, calves, all will lack in power and size with bodyweight, but you will still look proportional.

But like I said, cut at as much as possible, try to get as much protein as possible, dont stop until you hit 10% bodyfat or the gym.
