Depends on your genetics, and how early you started.

300/400/500 bench/squat/dead will leave you 95% developed to the natty limit. you can of course fill out other muscles but reaching these numbers in these lifts will give u close to your biggest natural frame

Probably around 350lb bench 5plate squat 6plate deadlift is around the natty limit for most people.

Some guy at my college gym who's natty who deadlifts almost 7plate but he's been training for like 8 years.

Even with guys around my height, 6'3" - 6'4", in strength sports who aren't in contest condition (football players, amateur power lifters and strength athletes, etc.), I've found that this chart is right on with how much body mass they can carry.
