what the fuck are you on about? I've drunk 2 12 oz. cups of coffee a morning & had an average of 3 diet sodas in the evening every single day for the past 8 years of my life. I rarely get headaches and have no issues with chronic migraines.

Not intending to imply anything about whether or not caffeine is a net good, I just think you're full of shit with this migraines business.

I've drank a ridiculous amount of coffee and energy drinks for years and never had a caffeine headache. The only people I know who get caffeine headaches are horribly overweight and get them anyway.

Headaches occur when you are off/reducing your caffeine intake. If you are a heavy constant user then you will have the worst headache when you try to quit.
