My only goals are to:
1. Not be skinny fat
2. Look good in clothes
Can I achieve this with just pic related AND by following the diet principles of the sticky.

yeah but kettlebells are expensive as fuck. you're better off getting a rack, barbell, and weights then building something like this to do swings
