I'll say this much, I'm almost 26 and I've had acne since the age of 13. It's not cystic, but I'm tired as fuck of seeing this shit never fade from my face.

I can limit it if I completely avoid dairy, but I still get 3-4 pimples on my face at a time even without. If I keep consuming dairy (even just my whey), I break out and get tons more. And the worst part is that the longer this goes on, the more my face will become scarred from the acne.

Roids also make it worse whenever I change my dosage (or go from blast to cruise and vice versa). I have accutane sitting on my desk and I'm strongly considering finally pulling the plug... but the sides still scare me.

Using steroids that aromatize (convert to estrogen and related compounds) while at high body fat is difficult because fat makes more aromatase than most other tissues, so it will be harder to control your estrogen. Also your first cycle is often considered to be your best (kinda like noob gains all over again) so using your first cycle to cut instead of bulk can be seen as a waste. Using any steroid other than testosterone for your first cycle is dangerous because you won't be able to pin down a particular symptom to a particular compound (i.e. If you use test and tren and have libido issues, you won't k ow if it's estrogen or prolactin)

To be clear, none of us can stop you if you decide to yoloblast test, tren, deca and mast your first cycle, it's your decision. But the consequences will be yours too.

If you get AI figured out on test alone (which can take a long time, like 6 weeks or more) then I personally don't think there's anything wrong with adding a short ester of tren for the rest of your cycle to lean out a bit. To give you some context, tren is good for gaining some mass and losing some fat at the same time. It's more of a recomp compound than a cutting compound (and I would argue that there is no true cutting steroid). So don't go into tren expecting fat to melt off of you, but if you have diet and exercise in check it will certainly help.

If you want to be safe, just do test. Everything else that you add will carry a certain amount of risk. If your smart and careful you can lower your risk levels significantly, but there will always be a little bit of danger there. Again, that's the mantle you have to take on when you go beyond moderate doses of test. Is it worth it? You're the only person who can answer that.

Some people don't even need AI (i.e. our resident porn star bimbo) but some people need a lot. If your lucky you won't need much, especially on low doses of test. You may not need that much time, but you won't know until you're actually pinning.

As far as danger goes, high test and adding tren will both cause the potential for problems. My personal judgement is that low test/low tren like you deceived would be safer than high test (as in a gram, not 500mg). But that's just me, you could make good arguments to the contrary.

Unfortunately even though we know a lot about steroids and ancillaries, there's a whole lot more that we don't know, especially in the area of long term effects. If you're careful though, you can do a lot to mitigate risks.

Low dose accutane has treated me great.

There was an adjustment period after like two months of buildup where my skin was crazy sensitive and seemed thin, with my lips cracking and bleeding like crazy until I caved and bought beewax lipbalm stuff. That went away for the most part. But otherwise 3-4 weeks in I got almost no new spots, when usually one would show up every few days.

Skin has started to heal from the scarring now.

All in all, I'd recommend it.
