Any of you managed to get a strong neck from exercises?
I'd like to try exercises without accessory for now, like simple neck lifts.
How are the results for this?

Shrugs help with neck. Actual neck exercises look autistic as fuck.
I wanted to start neck training with simple bodyweight neck curls. I laid on my bed and had my head sticking out, did literally 8 reps and i felt so fucking dizzy i almost threw up. This fucking headache lasted for 2 days. I will never train neck directly again.

you dudes are making it way harder than it needs to be
>lay on your bed
>let just your head/neck hang over
>place a towel on your forehead
>place small/moderate weight (dumbbell or plate) on the towel
>curl your neck upwards
>lay on your side, repeat for the side of your neck
>lay on your stomach and repeat for the back side of your neck
used to do this shit when I was younger and got a huge neck. Do it every day.
