No matter what exercise I do, whether it be strength training

No matter what exercise I do, whether it be strength training or cardio one side of my body is dramatically stronger than the other, it's not subtle it's very noticeable.

If I walk on the treadmill, my right calf, hamstrings, quads, obliques all are activated. My left side doesn't even feel even slightly used.

This is the same for strength workouts, OHP for example I feel it all in my right side, but nothing in my left side.
Bench press, I can't feel anything in my left pec.

Also my right side is slightly bigger in terms of measurements compared to my left side too.

What the fuck is wrong with my body /fit/?
I've had this issue for 10 years.

I'm with you bud. Even with pull ups, I always end up pulling with my right side way more. Really noticeable on bench too. Just found out my ohp is a little off too so I'm gonna try and switch to dumbells and do it in front of the mirror.

Idk what I'm going to do about pull ups though

thats how it is for me but it weird since im right handed but my left side of body is stronger. Despite constantly favoring my right holding heavy ass back pack during my high school years. I think peoples bodies are wired where one side slightly better then then the other.

Maybe? Not really sure desu, still sorta skinnyfat. I have a larger pecs and a puffy chest but I don't think it's gyno or anything since my nips are completely flat. Could be, I'm not really sure. I mostly feel / see the difference on the outside of my right pec, towards my shoulder. I always end up bringing the barbell down farther and pushing more with my right side.

see a physical therapist, they'll give you a routine to fix this ASAP.

or do isometric machines, dumbbell workouts until your symmetry is resolved.

then you can return to treadmill and barbell workouts with AB/oblique accessories.

does your family have a history of neurologic disorders? If you seriously have a significant strength differential between the two sides of your body such that it's visibly noticeable, this could be some kind of issue like multiple sclerosis, ALS, or maybe even an HNP impinging your spinal column

Or it could just be subtle assymetry wtf do i know
