Who else use anger as a source of energy when you lift?

How to:
>Get your phone
>Browse social media/the web till you find something that pisses you off
>Then use that anger and turn it into energy

This is actually a better source of energy than carbohydrates and caffeine.

Lol, browsing internet to find anger. I'm actually jealous,anon. Jealous that your life is devoid of reasons to be angry you've the luxury to seek them out.

I too use anger to lift. However I've got a limitless supply from the people in my life.
