I used to be like zyzz when I was his age. That was 12 years ago. I had some good times, but things change. You can't keep that lifestyle up forever.

3 weeks ago I decided to reacquaint myself with the joy of lifting. I'm looking forward to getting back the aesthetics that I had.
I have a diet and training plan now and I am very excited to see the changes I am going to inflict upon my body.
