Okay /fit/ help me figure this out please.

It usually takes me like 90+ minutes to finish and I'm completely exhausted by the end of it so I don't really want too much more to it.
Out of everything that's lacking, what's the biggest thing that's holding me back?
I'm working on eating more, I'm squatting again after fucking my ankle up for a month and I just switched entirely from flat bench to incline.
I'm thinking about just ditching the rest day completely and adding stuff there instead to help fix my weird physique. Right now all I've got there is abs.
So what else should I add there to balance everything out?

I cut through most of November and December after years of not knowing how to eat and being a little doughy because of it. Idk. I only do sets of 225 atg now on leg days. I haven't gone for a pr or anything like that on squat in years. It's not hard for me at all and I squatted 3pl8 at one point in time when I was using my legs a lot more for sports in school, but I just don't strength train my legs anymore or push them like the rest of my body. Don't see a need to do anything to them past maintance tbqh so I don't. I like where they're at and that's what matters most.

Exactly. I aim my body closer to a men's physique competitor than just building pointless mass. The size of my legs looks and feels right to me rn and that's why I like them. They aren't chicken legs but they're not yuge. I guess I just don't take full body pics because I make more progress on upper body and like showing it off, plus it's harder to take full bod pics if I don't have someone else taking them for me. I don't have any long/big mirrors.

Lifted phraks GSLP on a cut from mid feb to april of 2015, made little lifting progress after about a month but dropped from 142 to 130ish. Basically didn't do shit for two months, began cutting again to low 120s by september. Uni started, got lazy, stopped lifting. i gained fat back to 130, began lifting phraks gslp + acc. since dec 1st on a mild surplus. I plan on cutting come early march or mid feb again so I'm lean and nice looking for my cousins wedding in late may. My question is, since my lifts are still low, should I continue to surplus, eat at maintenance, or even cut right now and then bulk once a reasonable bf%? What would you do?
