I'm not even gonna google another magic meme rice type, but I'm sure it has some EXOTIC properities that will make you 100% healthy and it's ALL OVER buzzfeed and your mom's facebook feed.

best rice (it's not actually a rice). it's expensive though, so I typically mix it with brown rice

Wow it's quite literally superior in every way to brown rice. Except maybe the price which other anons have mentioned.

It goes well mixed with white rice and paired with a meaty fish (salmon, swordfish or tuna)
