Hunger pains 24/7. What helped me was broccoli. 100 calories of broccoli is a lot of food.

Last month I have been on EC. Honestly it doesn't help *that* much with hunger, although it does. But it does meth you up pretty good. Makes you fucking meth'd up, it's meth.

I really find EC helps me shitpost with maximum efficiency.

Recently slowed to -500 and a 6/1 refeed schedule.

SS is a total meme. People train like powerlifters and think they can look like dan green, stan efferding etc. When all of those guys trained like bodybuilders for years. A simple bb split with some intelligence about movements and focusing on progressive overload while actually using the muscle group youre targeting in the 6-15 rep range is how to get that look. Not 5x5 nonsense using only barbell movements.

Dont entirely agree on IIFYM but do agree that some people take it too far. 95% of your diet should be clean. 5% can be fuck around for sanity as long as it fits. For me this looks like literally 1 meal a week that isnt totally clean - halo top is a favorite of mine.

Its a great way to keep track and maintain nutritional consistency as long as youre not a total ass clown about picking foods.

Meal 1: 150 grams of pb, 3 low carb protein bars, coffee

With your friends, sounds like they shouldn't be using if they can't control the sides, if you are a bad responder to gear and continue use without being able to control the side effects efficiently, well.. that's just damn stupid lol. Responsible use should include constant blood tests to ensure health markers are in check, controlling estrogen (in turn you will control bloat, blood pressure, majority of testicular atrophy, acne and mood swings) - Hair loss is a simple fix, don't use highly androgenic compounds if you are prone to balding or better yet, if your hair is important to you, do not use at all. Heart issues can thrive in the long term if you are irresponsible with use, and there will always be a trade off on health / gear use, so that's always the users risk.

I think the focus with steroid use should be to keep maximum efficiency out of it whilst maintaining maximum health, no point being shredded if your dead lol.

But for debates sake, let's talk about genetics and use dogs as an example, let's take a stocky pit bull that has been bred to maintain a higher muscle mass than a whippet or an italian grey hound. Lets take a moment to consider the possibility that due to genetics, some are just able to hold a bit more muscle than others of the same species, this is due to a lot factors, countless factors but a factor I'm wanting to focus on is the bodies potential to hold lean body mass. Some people are able to hold more lean body mass than others. I'm not saying that you can expect ridiculous standards simply from this but what I am saying is that some people just naturally hold more lean body mass / muscle than others. Obviously you will go catabolic at some stage from holding that condition and waste away your muscle mass but those that are able to hold more on their frame naturally have more to lose so will hold more muscle when they have achieved such a low body fat and are dieting at a deficit.
There are also other factors to consider also, an important one is the bodies ratio of composition break down.. what the body prioritises to break down and how it uses the nutrients we digest.

The whole situation is just a lot more complex and I'd love to see some studies one day on the actual natural limits and genetic potential that can be unleashed. Genetics are everything in fitness, pair those with optimal enviroment / nutrition or drugs or all of them and you can unlock it's full potential.
