It also helps to eat a healthy diet with a proper calorie intake instead of starving yourself and then binge eating once you cant take it anymore

I'll take the bait. It's not the eating problem, but the shopping problem. I'd eat a lot of shitty food if I didn't buy only healthy stuff. If I buy cookies they are gone in 1 hour, even though I tell myself I'll eat them over a week.

Just ask yourself when you think about eating more than you should, if you'll feel proud or happy at the end of the day.

If that salty/sweet/greasy snack is gonna be worth the 10 minutes of fulfillment you'll feel afterwards only for nothing to change overtime.

a lot of times when fatties eat outside what is required of their diet, they justify it with "its just one cookie", "its just a minor deviation", or other minimalization bs.

you need to change your mindset so that any deviation from your diet is a complete failure to eat within your diet. even the smallest cookie or cup of ice cream should, in your head, be considered a complete failure to adhere to your diet.

if you pressure yourself like that, its a lot easier to stick to a diet

Come to relaize how pathetic you are(currently). Realize that its only hard because thats the lowly excuse you give yourself for still eating. When quitting something everything becomes another level of self justification, the truth is if you really really want to stop its not even that difficult.

Last time I was on a cut, I found that eating more protein reduced the hunger. I was about 200 lbs and made sure to get at least 250 grams of protein a day. Hunger was never a significant issue, though I did have cravings that I ignored.
