Nothing ever happened between me and Carmen, and she left our school after a few months. I did howewer "correct" our old lead nurse's name on her office door from Fritz to Fritzl.

Heavy deadlifts and powercleans seem to do the trick. When i was lifting like a pussy and doing neither, had a pencil neck.

Look up neck self resistance and later bridges.

The self resistance works but the bridges are superior.
The problem with bridges is that if done too much and or incorrectly, it will lead to problems.
