Everyday go out and practice jumping on that basketball hoop

In high school I was 6'1", 150 lbs. Started lifting, got up to 165 with noob gains. Did leg press three times a week, 3x10, and also a bunch of frog jumps during a brief plyo sesh before daily swim practice. Had no clue what I was doing, but I could suddenly dunk.
I'm 190 now and much stronger, but I can't dunk anything bigger than a tennis ball. Also I no longer swim.
So that was my experience. Lean, not especially tall, and white, but I still got up there. Hope it helps.
