People have different goals some people want to look good some people want to be strong
You shouldn't judge others, unless someone goes around saying do sets of 5 or 3 to look good, then it becomes an issue.

Is it alright to alternate rep ranges? Some weeks I just go extra heavy and do 3x5 some times I go a little less and do like a 3x10?
