I tried this once. Got told it was 1 hour and there was 2 breaks.

I do this 2-3 times a week. Best form of cardio in my opinion. I burn around 800-1000 calories in 60 minutes, 179 cm, 62 kg. However the 'coaches/instructors' vary greatly in their way of structuring the program/music, so every day of the week is different luckily.

I wonder how good resistance spinning is for your glutes and quads.
