>toothpick forearms
/fit/, do they help put on mass?
Be reborn
better than not, I would get the adjustable one
deadlift

Yes, get the adjustable one.
yeah they build forearms I use them every other day and my forearms, wrist and hands have gotten thicker.
i just started using them and they give you a huge fucking pump at least
>>40071701
they work wrist flexors
>>40071701
Fat grip deadlifts, with pause.
Massage handles are all marketing.
Time over tension. Winner.
>>40071944
yeah but...can you do fat grip deadlifts while sitting on your ass recovering or jerking off at home
>>40072008
this is all you need... do rack pulls, 2" below knee.
alternate grip ; switch every rep ; inside outside upside down.
>pottery
>>40071701
as they will help keep you from dropping 3 plates during a dl due to shit grip strength, yeah they do
>>40072043
There's no such thing as "all you need" unless you're a hopelessly lost beginner. More training is better and it's almost impossible to train yourself to exhaustion maximally each day.
get one of these
handle has bearings so it freely rotates
ironmind "Rolling Thunder"

Would this help with hole puncher strength?
I can barely hit 1 paper at a time and have to use my right hand (which isn't my dominant)
>>40071701
Get or make a wrist roller.
>>40071701
Wrist curls
>>40072043
if you want to train grip you may as well just double overhand the thing from a partial range of motion and hold it for time
no need to do it from below knees with a mixed grip
>>40071701
if you want forearm mass, do wrist curls or reverse curls or hammer curls or more pulling volume
>>40072071
they have little carryover to static hold strength, would be better just to train static holds if that's the goal
Hang off a pullup bar
Bonus points, use this time for L-sit variations
