Hey you. I fucked up. Got stuck in a rut. Emo eats, binge eats.
Im a dewd 30 years old, 6'2, 280. Most of the fat in my yuge thigs.
If I get keto 1500 cal on a intermittent schedule, during the PM hours, whats the realistics?
Can I lose 80 pounds in 2-3 months?

Never done IF but it seems like overkill when keto alone is drastic and effective enough.

What if I do cardio daily? Did you do any cardio? Or just pure keto?

I was lifting like usual, I never really calculate exercise into my cutting macros, I just see it as days where I workout/burn off more as days where I cut more.
As long as you have the energy to do it (which you will on keto) then go for it, only going to reach your goals faster.

i did similar. pretty much starved myself for some months. Went form 320 to 180. Now am at 205. So more than I'd like to be at six foot, but at least I've kept 90% of the weight off
