DOMS is only a beginner thing
I still occasionally get it, people who say it's only a beginner thing are still children who started lifting for new-years resolution.
I'm squatting 160kg right now, and still try my hardest to up all my lifts. And when i reach another new PR I'll be sore the next day.
Up your volume.
Lower your rest time.
Triple your negative time.
It'll come back.
How can you tell you had a good workout if you dont get DOMS
