DNP is highly dependant upon the source. Many sources use horrifying chinese made industrial grade bullshit. I had two friends do cycles of this shit and get horrible results in the past.

Others, like the 2$ a cap guy, use pharmaceutical grade ingredients.
Over 3 weeks at 500mg a day crystal I had zero negative sides (other than meme heat and light lethargy).

DNP is useful for someone who knows what they're doing who needs to loose weight in short order.

I was on keto the whole time. (Except for a few refeeds). EC stack as well for the first week because I wanted to use up the last that I had.

Keto seriously helped to suppress the heat and limit the bloat.

Also, under no circumstances should you forget your gallon of water a day.

Currently waiting a week before final weigh-in so the bloat can subside.

My supps weren't that expensive, and most the supps advise a retarded overkill dosage that you don't need.

For a 250 mg a day cycle, I used the following. No bad reactions aside from face bloat.

>n-acetyl cysteine (only because I already had some)
>rainbowlight men's multivitamin
>d3
>zinc

I also eat a lot of veggies and make a big ass fruit smoothie every morning so I probably had most my nutrition covered without that stuff.
