Lots of stuff can be done to build muscle mass with only your own bodyweight and resistance from your body.

Put your back to your desk or a chair or the edge of your bed, legs out straight resting on the heels so you can't use them for leverage, hands behind your back grabbing onto your chosen piece of furniture, keep your back straight up and down. Lower yourself using only your arms until your arms are bent at least 45 degrees, but go as low as you can go while still being able to come up. Go until failure. Rest. Do it again. Rest. Keep doing it until you hate yourself.
