I wanna get back to looking like Josuke, I let myself go big time like 3 years ago and need some help getting back there.

Age - 20
Height - 200cm
Weight - 150kg
Body fat% - 33
I understand that this'll take like 2+ years to do but I have trouble seeing myself as a decent human being when I'm this fat. I really need help.

Get rid of anime. Stop watching it. Box up your figures. Delete all images.
