Anyone have any experience with this. I fucked my lower back up about three months ago on the leg press.
Been checking into building one of these. I have just been doing non-weighted Reverse Hypers. Can't tell if it is doing anything or not.
Its a great exercise. If you do it properly you should feel a burn in your lower back after high reps even with no weight.
I also highly recommend inversion boots. You can literally feel your vertebra separating. Its a really odd, but somewhat relaxing sensation.

I always feel really uncomfortable doing those at the reverse hyper machine at my gym.
No joke, my genitals just don't seem to find a comfortable place to be at when laying there and it starts to hurt.

what gym are you at? My gym doesn't have one. I just incline a bench. and do my best on that.

I get blood rushing to my head. That is my only problem with doing them on the bench.

im pretty sure your dong should be hanging off the platform. you may be using the wrong form
