Who here /dehydrated/? I can't seem to drink enough water no matter how hard I try, it's like I have to force myself to drink it, but I know I need it. I tried to cheat and drink Gatorade but I think that made it worse. Being dehydrated makes life hard as fuck. How do I fix it?

I had to force it into a habit myself. whenever I would take a sip I would drink half a cup or so minimum. eventually water becomes habit then you wonder how you ever drank other shit
