Thanks, how did your stats changed? Also I've been thinking to add chin-ups/pull-up for evey workout untill deadlift gets too heavy and then instead of cleans do bench+press+chin-ups on that day to make my long lanky forearms bigger. Any tips and personal expirience on modifying the programm?

Im atm point where I think I gotta soon drop some weights and build back up, trying to stay on program as long as possible and what Im doing is just whats in program, might add weighted dips, but currently not doing them at all.

Just Chins/pullups and im adding weight to it.

I think rippetoe says dont modify program, then its not SS. Im just trying to eat alot and sleep alot and hit weights, since it gets harder every week.

Id stay on basic program as long as possible or atleast 3months if i were you, and then maybe look other variation of SS. Like Wichita falls novice program.

Advanced novice program got front squats in it.

I had way worse obliques than you and I've all but trimmed them down completely now.

Besides dead lifts, there's one "machine" that you can use to isolate your obliques, serattus anterior, and lower back all one exercise in three different positions. Pic related, get a heavy dumbbell and do 15 reps on each side, then face forward and bend your back up/down with the weight in your hands for a lower back iso.

Those two exercises +diddlies completely removed my love handles in around a year of exercise and diet.

Flared ribcage. my ab insertions themselves are almost flawless, perfectly spread, perfectly even, symmetrical, defined, and going from right under my pecs to the very bottom of my torso. You can see the placement better in a full frontal with me inhaling a bit and not flexing.

The fact I have two or three rib bones protruding from the center of my top abdominal kind of overrules my insertions though. But, genetics. Whatchyu gon do. I can only make the most of them.

I lift for ripped aesthetics. Contrary to /fit/'s belief a 200 lb mass monster at 5"8' isn't aesthetic. I'm not as dysmorphic as Ronnie Coleman or the Olympia judges to think it is either.

It's a noble persuit if you're trying to pack on as much muscle as possible to your frame, but it isn't mine.

Literally look at any conventionally attractive man portrayed in media, socially, or irl and I guarantee you their legs aren't FAURKIN SHREDDED BREH.

Patellar dysfunction from playing actual sports as a teenager. Crushed the patella and destroyed all the soft connective tissue. Chronic dislocations to this day. My insertion point is a little high to snug the patella into place as it should. Makes squatting traditionally painful.

I started out the same but Im 6'4 ive been slowly recomping down over the last year. Now ive got gains my abs are almost fully showing for the first time ever, Im sitting at 220lbs if i cut now sure id have decent size but for my height I want more size so I'm just recomping slowly. Plus cutting makes it hard to gain and progress on your lifts.

Just focus on eating around maintenance and building some size. Then worry about cutting

I just set up a speed bag around the house one day and hit it about an hour a day, takes a bit of skill so i never got bored then i started to notice weight dropping off and never looked back. Do everything now.

As for food, I eat about 1800 calories a day made up of greek yoghurt, granola, chicken, broccoli, and brown rice. but I'm a 5'7" manlet.

I eat whatever I want on a weekend.

I also walk 15 - 20 miles a day on average during weekdays because of work.

Yup pretty much, senpai. My legs are already more developed than THAT, but I'm not interested in growing them much further or putting more mass on them hence my maintance routine for them.

Balance is tricky breh, we both have dysmorphia I'm sure, but an aesthetic balance of sexualized and pleasurable to look at features to me does not include monster T. rex legs as evidenced from literally any model or men's physique competitor. Massive legs aren't attractive to the vast, vast majority of the population. Good for you if you don't give a shit and want more though, I'm cheering you from the bleachers.

Dude are you even trying? Has your intensity changed? Are you eating right? Taking natty supplements to help with muscle growth and recovery?

Whatever you have been doing for the last 6 months... it isn't working one bit. You need to switch things up. I can tell you haven't played sports because there is literally no definition. Bodybuilding requires intensity at certain moments that will build muscle and make noticeable gains. Based on what I'm seeing, you haven't picked up a weight before and aren't eating right.

That's the brutal advice I have for you.
