Why does my wrists hurt when i do dips but i have no pain whatsoever when i am doing +55 push ups or bench press more than my bodyweight? Is it about my physiology?

Unless you bench more than you weigh your wrists are taking more weight when you do dips than with the other exercises.

It's normal to feel forearms strain in the dips. Remember your gripping harder and using more stabilizers.

I find it has to do with the bar width. When I'm on bars that are too narrow I get wrist pain, but if they're slightly wider then there's no pain.

I do dips on the assisted machine because of this.

good morning autistic shit posting retards! it seems you lack basic reading comprehension. the OP is experiencing wrist pain from doing dips. a defacto standard withod for reducing pain is to strengthen the affected area. in this case wrist curls work the wrist flexors which objectively strengthens the wrist and thus helping to prevent pain. the next step is to kys. thanks and have a nice day, fucking retards.
