How do I build calves?

I've got Xboxhueg calves and don't work then ever.
Genetics.
But I also have gyno, wide hips and balding.
Would trade.

calves are extremely genetic and resistant to growth even on steroids

just work them out but dont expect any spectacular changes

Wrap them in bacon yell at them to grow grow grow.

watch ben pakulski his videos on calves are og. Basically with any lacking muscle its proper execution but with calves this is actually easier than other muscles like shoulders.

I just work them the same as any other muscle.

Hold onto a couple dumbbells and start lifting. Anyone who says a specific muscle in your body won't grow when every other one will is likely mentally challenged and probably thinks their 30+ bf% is due to an "underactive thyroid".

get obese for a few years and you'll get massive calves. you can spot an ex fatty easily because of it

To be fair, some women walk in high heels all day, that really does build calves up a bit.

Do 2-3 sets of 70 calf raises with 40lb dumbells
