Workout recommendations for the chest.

Been lifting but getting not a lot of chest gains. How to go from boobs to pecs?

well what is your routine now?

i feel like most of my chest growth comes from dumbbell flyes, so they take up the majority of my workout

Incline dumbbell bench 6-10 reps 4 sets not including warm-ups. I like to start with 10 and work down because since its the beginning I get the blood rushing and this gives much more of a range of motion than barbell does
3x? Barbell bench. Don't give a fuck about Rep range as I go between strength and hypertrophy each week. 3x10 incline flies 3x8-10 weighted dips. Switch incline db and barbell flat bench each week so your upper and middle chest get slammed evenly

Bench works if you keep your shoulders tight and actually bench some real weight.
You need to pair it with flyes tho.
