So I'm 5'10 170lbs. Im currently cutting down to 130'ish that way when I do my clean bulk I'll still be at a low BF%. My question is,is there any point in lifting or doing anything other than cardio while cutting besides to preserve muscle mass? Will I make any gains if I lift while cutting or is it a waste of time? Idk if it matters but im only eating around 800 calories a day. I'm not really hungry throughout the day so I don't see the point in eating more since I'm cutting.

why brah? only people who are 5'5 or below need to get down that low. Yes you need to lift while cutting to maintain muscle. If you really are only eating 800 cals that better be mainly lean protein and veggies, otherwise you'll be losing muscle

Because I don't feel cutting again and I would prefer to have a BF% of 10% or below. Right now I don't care too much about maintaining muscle mass as retarded as that may sound as long as most of the weight is body fat. For the most part I'm sticking to ramen noodles along with beef and eggs. I'm dirt poor so I can't afford the good shit. But ya. So there's really no point in lifting besides to maintain muscle mass right? Because I doubt I'm even eating enough protein with such a low caloric intake.

I started about 1 1/2 months ago and I've gone from 210 to 170. I'm always tired and feel lethargic but figured fuck it. Only do it for 3 months and take some multivitamins just in case.

I run 4 miles everyday and do a lot of boxing on top of that. As I said though. I'm always tired as fuck. Probably slowly killing myself but as long as I'm not hungry and I'm seeing results Idgaf.

Best option for fastest and best results is PSMF (protein sparing modified fast)

You don't need to lift but it will get you faster results than any other method either way (although you won't have energy for much activity apart from walks and a bit of lifting)
