For over a year now I've been getting acne on my forehead, scalp, and upper body, but rarely on my face. The forehead ones are the worst, they start as deep pimples that take days or weeks to surface and then take forever to heal and leave nasty scar-looking tissue behind.

I bought Phillips bg 2036/32 to shave my back because it has this extender thing and it makes it easy. Never had any problems after shaving my back but i had but i got pretty bad skin irritation after shaving my armpits. I always shave them with razor without problems so that was strange.

Also, this trimmer is waterproof so you can use it while taking a shower.

Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat. Skin cancer and wrinkles aren't worth the tan.

Moisturize. I use CeraVe.

Here's what you do if you have acne:

1. AM+PM: Cleanse with Cetaphil or something gentle. Never use something with an active ingredient because it'll be too harsh. Cleanse with a Clarisonic if you have the money. Not necessary though.

2. AM: Active ingredient treatment: I recommend Aczone because it's less harsh than BP and SA

3. AM: Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

4. PM: Use Retin A Micro 0.04% every THIRD night 20 minutes after cleansing.

Supplements: 25mg Zinc and 500mg and Vitamin B5. Do not use more B5 than 500mg.

Useless crap: most masks, toners, serums, and etc.

Ways to treat hyperpigmentation: Hydroquinone or use kojic acid soap. Be careful with hydroquinone though: it can have horrible side effects.
